This is a preview of a Service Design Intensive for Public Library Staff and Administrators that can be offered for library teams during September and October. MSL would like to get your feedback after you attend this special program for library executives. This program will equip library executives with concepts and tools to lead your organizations through adapting your services and service model to the new normal. While it is ideal participants attend the full program, each session will provide stand-alone value.
July 21st, 1:00pm-3:30pm: This session will focus on how to use service design techniques to better understand stakeholder needs (customer, staff, and broader community) and how to identify and select opportunities for change
July 23rd 9:30am-12:00pm: This session will cover service ideation, design, and experimentation in alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational outcomes.
