How do we make progress on our ever-growing to-do list when every initiative is important, every task crucial, and every goal is in service of our customers? Too often we are given more items and told to just make it work. What's more, we are overloaded with communications around this work from texts, pings, calls, emails, and slack messages. There is a better, more Agile way to manage this workflow and it starts with some key principles around prioritization that focus on mission-driven values. By working through specific challenges in your libraries, facilitators Peter Baverso and Zikiria Chaudhary will apply a hands-on approach to building strengths-based teams, equip your teams with proven Agile practices, and empower you to the spread the practices in your library using neuro-scientific communication techniques. Join us to stop starting and start finishing!
